To feel lost

-
I am lost
there is no secret to that
I won't lie and say I know exactly
what I want in life
I won't lie and say I am positive all the time
my mind was consumed by darkness
the darkness took all the happiness
it took all of my love
self-security and my faith
it took the will to live
it took my ambitions
and it took my wants to
become anything
and that is something I have to fight for back
I have to become unlost to be refound
in a new light
my heart will beat red
and my soul will become blue
from being beaten by the darkness
I will fight back and become reborn as a new me
the darkness can take what it wants but it won't take the new me
and until then I am lost
my soul will wonder on to a new life and a positive light
and when it looks back it will know what it was like
to feel lost and then find the light

I will be honest today, I broke the silence with tears this morning I sipped my green tea, as I thought my life would fall before me having no escape, the only escape was death, and that to me was the easy way out I won't take it but I'll wait for it. Because I know what it's like to feel pain that never goes away It haunts me, it's always been there, and it will always stay there  Most days I wish pain was not a good friend a familiar face I can't escape, I want to leave the town where I grew up to run away from my own pain but I can't.   How to get better! Hello my loves & welcome back to my blog! Today I'm going to be talking about how to get better, emotionally, physically & mentally. So let's get right into it! So growing up I've dealt with depression & I've had very dark times, when I honestly wanted to end it all, (yes very dark). However, not a joke. I would get made fun of for the way I dressed, the way I talked and my weight. How kids can be so mean I'm not quite sure, but growing up you learn how to deal with things in a certain way. So I'm going to tell you some ways I handled it and dealt with myself after going through such a traumatizing state of my life.
