  How to get better! Hello my loves & welcome back to my blog! Today I'm going to be talking about how to get better, emotionally, physically & mentally. So let's get right into it! So growing up I've dealt with depression & I've had very dark times, when I honestly wanted to end it all, (yes very dark). However, not a joke. I would get made fun of for the way I dressed, the way I talked and my weight. How kids can be so mean I'm not quite sure, but growing up you learn how to deal with things in a certain way. So I'm going to tell you some ways I handled it and dealt with myself after going through such a traumatizing state of my life. The first step to healing: So basically you want to cleanse yourself of all negativity, & have more love for yourself. Advice for women's health

How to take care of your self as women. As women, we are expected to do so much, that our days become to busy for us to even take the time to truly begin to love ourselves. We are fighting every day to keep our lives as stable as we can. I try to teach myself every day to give my life some love and positiveness and hope. We are made to handle so much more of what the world throws at us. So we begin to crumble on the inside, with that being said I'm going to list some ways to give your self your "me time" without losing your mind.   Take a breath: Making sure you get to rest enough and making sure you are happy when doing things that stress you out normally. Having time for yourself isn't selfish at all, you know you deserve to be happy. Life is very unpredictable so you have to make sure you're in the right head space.
