 How to get better!
Hello my loves & welcome back to my blog! Today I'm going to be talking about how to get better, emotionally, physically & mentally. So let's get right into it! So growing up I've dealt with depression & I've had very dark times, when I honestly wanted to end it all, (yes very dark). However, not a joke. I would get made fun of for the way I dressed, the way I talked and my weight. How kids can be so mean I'm not quite sure, but growing up you learn how to deal with things in a certain way. So I'm going to tell you some ways I handled it and dealt with myself after going through such a traumatizing state of my life.



The first step to healing:
So basically you want to cleanse yourself of all negativity, & have more love for yourself. It may be hard at first, nothing is going to be easy when you start, but you have to try. Get up in the morning and have your "me'' time! It's so important that you take that moment in the day, take time to find things you love, find things that make you smile/happy! Even if it's not in the morning, at the end of the day. 

Try not to stress about being like everyone else:
In this society, we care way too much about what other people have, & that it's honestly a waste of YOUR time. Don't stress about that, work on YOU and your life, & making it better. The more you think about other that's when envy kicks in & you to get distracted. Do not do that to your self. When focusing on your life and taking time to do the things you like, you will soon start being happy.

Hobbies:
What is something you like to do? Ask yourself this question, do you know? Finding out what are some things you enjoy doing, is it poetry, dancing, singing, writing, photography, any of these things helps your mind create healthy & positive activities to do. It may be something you like, try different things, to make your life exciting.

Learning to love yourself:
This is super important, This is something I still work on every day, waking up and making myself some tea and relaxing and having a moment to tell myself, how blessed I am, and finding love in my soul and saying things like ''I'm so blessed to have all my loved ones around me" Giving thanks to God, and just looking at yourself in the mirror, telling yourself YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

You can't let life get you down or make you want to quit, you have to keep going even if things get hard, you still need to love yourself and help yourself out, at the end of the day it is just you. Have a blessed day everyone thank you!
