Some advice on anxiety, and pressures

Today I did have anxiety
It did not feel good at all
I am learning how to control my life a little better
I may have things on my mind that bother me, but I have come up with things to help me feel better.
I write
I sing
I type
I read
I listen to new music
I also write down things on paper in order of my goals that  I want to complete
There is nothing wrong with being stuck, It's just life.
We all have to see it through and work really hard for the things we want
Is it easy, hell no
But it can be done
It is normal to be afraid, but fear is what stops us
We should take control of our lives and our happiness that we deserve
I freak out all the time, but my life is not as bad as I make it seem mentally
If you ever feel like your heads going to explode
Take a paper and write down everything you are thankful for and blessed to have in your life
Be mindful of the people who love you and just calm down and figure out how you can change for better and in a positive way
It is not easy at first but if you want to be happy there are habits you have to break and change, push yourself to do better
I hope my short message helped someone, I always want to spread love and true feeling and emotions, I never want someone to feel alone ever!!
And remember to always take time for yourself!!
