Advice for women's health
How to take care of your self as women.
As women, we are expected to do so much, that our days become to busy for us to even take the time to truly begin to love ourselves. We are fighting every day to keep our lives as stable as we can. I try to teach myself every day to give my life some love and positiveness and hope. We are made to handle so much more of what the world throws at us. So we begin to crumble on the inside, with that being said I'm going to list some ways to give your self your "me time" without losing your mind.
Take a breath:
Making sure you get to rest enough and making sure you are happy when doing things that stress you out normally. Having time for yourself isn't selfish at all, you know you deserve to be happy. Life is very unpredictable so you have to make sure you're in the right head space. Taking a breath and realizing that everything around you isn't as bad as you may make it seem. Again the right headspace. Don't over analyze things.
Make time to still eat a well-balanced meal:
First off don't skip breakfast, that is honestly the most important meal of the day, as said by many.
Don't stress over everything your eating because you can become very anxious and overwhelmed.
Food is something your body needs to grow, heal and keep your body going. it's very important you don't miss any meals and make sure you eat a lot of greens like kale, broccoli, and just dark greens.
Exercise is key:
Moving your body and stretching is a very important thing. Reasons for that being it can affect a long-term healthy life. Go take a walk around the block a couple times make sure your heart rate is at a healthy beat, go hiking and or go biking, just activities to keep your body going.
Vitamins:
Last but not least take your vitamins every day to build your strengths, ask a doctor about what kind of vitamins you should be taking and what you are taking them for.
Thank you so much, I hope this is helpful to the women asking for advice for your mental and physical health.
